The Cherkassy Regional Academic Music and Dramatic Theater

A fire in Cherkasy Drama Theater in 2015 could put an end to the theatrical future of Cherkasy and leave the residents of the city without this pearl forever. The premise burned out almost completely. But the theater is not just a building, but first of all the people who create and work in it. Thanks to the dedication and devotion to art of the theater staff, the theater was reborn from the ashes and got a new lease on life.

Special attention is paid to light. The world’ best specialized theater equipment was installed, including Pro Lux and Free Color. The light fixtures solved the problem of light flooding of the stage, provided a tracking beam and created a dynamic light picture.

As a result, the theater claims to be one of the most professionally and qualitatively equipped in our country and neighboring countries. It is a project in which we have put our soul and knowledge, where almost everything is done as it should be and as we wanted.
